TISA is proud to announce that two of our women leaders, Anna Leidimo and Jennifer Galindo have been enrolled to participate in the Global Alliance for Banking Values (GABV) Leadership Academy Program.

The four-month hybrid program commences with an immersion module in Padua, Italy from 26 to 29 February.

Anna, our Head of People and Culture, and Jennifer, Internal Audits Manager have been selected for this program - ‘Co-creating a Regenerative Future’.

This exclusive training, facilitated by GABV Leadership Academy in partnership with Massachusetts Institute of Technology Co-Lab and Presencing Institute will equip Anna and Jennifer with cutting-edge leadership tools and techniques to promote, lead and innovate best values-based banking practices in TISA.

Michael Koisen, our Group CEO said, "TISA has been a proud member of the GABV community since becoming a member in November last year and we are committed to supporting ethical, responsible, and sustainable banking since joining the GABV community as a member. We are realigning our business to reflect that commitment and such training is critical for our leaders as it provides them with deeper insights on best practices in value-based banking. At TISA, we believe in investing in the continuous development of our people with training being a key focus. We are confident that this training will add value to our business."

Both staff leave for Italy this month.
